Not too hot, not too cold

Made dough for rolls today at work. But I either killed the yeast with too hot of liquid, or it wasn’t warm enough in the kitchen for the yeast to raise the dough ( temps here in NY hover at 1 degree). Brrrr¬†Reminds me to have a warm spirit, not too hot, not too cold.
